Have you ever seen some of the world's fastest police cars? Here are some of them:

These police cars are for sure built for the raceway and I'm pretty sure in a little as how many minutes, these road machines will arrive no matter the distance.


Last week, something caught the attention of my camera. The sight had gave me a good laugh for about an hour. It was a cruel joke, but hey it's the reality here in Philippines. Where can you find a police car without an electric starter but with a "human starter" called D2? Yeah, it was invented here in the Philippines, D2 - 'd tulak'. Here's the scene that I witnessed last week. I do not intend to humiliate our police force here, don't get me wrong. But this should be noticed because what if there really is an emergency and the police are called? Well, your guess is as good as mine.



Dispatcher: "All units, all units! please proceed to EDSA we have a robbery in progress"
Officer: "This is unit 1 proceeding to the crime scene."
(shouts to fellow officers) "Let's go guys, emergency in progress"



Dispatcher: "Unit no. 1 where is your location?"
Officer: "I'm in the vicinity of EDSA, cruising in the speed of light!"
(shouts again) "Tulak nyo pa! Bilisan nyo!"



Dispatcher: "Unit no. 1, robbers already fled the scene, where are you?"
Officer: "I am trying to navigate with a stunning speed, in hot pursuit!"
(asks fellow officers) "Guys, top speed na ba natin to?"



Dispatcher: "Unit 1, please return to base. No more robbers!"
Officer: "Copy that, we are just steps away from the police station."
Other officers: "Bumaba ka na dyan, kaw naman magtulak, bwiset!"


Here in the Philippines, police car is as scarce as the endangered monkey-eating Eagle (Philippine Eagle). There are some municipalities in the provinces that doesn't even have a single police car around, and those that do have it's either not in good running condition or it's just parked around the corner because it doesn't have gasoline to run. I remember there was a story once that a local businessman was robbed and the suspects had just sped away with their get away car. This businessman rushed to the police station and asked for assistance only to be turned away as the police car had no gasoline and the police told him they don't have the resources to buy gasoline. WTF! is this a cruel joke or what? Only in the Philippines guys, only in the Philippines.

This is my work desk at home. This is where I am most of the time as I work home based. I started around 2:00 am and now it's already 10:30 am but the layout of this blog is still not finished.

But I'm happy I achieved something today. Wow, my own blog, and it's online. This is going to be one hell of a ride. I will post everything that I wanna say, all my experiences, my day to day activities (this i cannot promise, hahaha! maybe weekly or a few days interval), and all the memories that I had that I would want to share with you guys.

You know what, I'm really thrilled by this new excitement. Now I know why a lot of people are hooked with blogging. I have not been this excited since I lost my virginity... no kidding! This is great! and I love it.... I'm blogging, yahoo!
